Vintage Seth Thomas Wristwatch
Model 482-1289.601
Swiss Watch manufacturer Roamer as a sponsor of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 1969-1972, and it issued a series of sports watches branded "Indianapolis." Seth Thomas turned to Roamer to supply wristwatches to supplement its line of clocks. This which, circa 1971-72, is a Seth Thomas-issued Roamer Indianapolis.
Case and caseback are both stainless steel.
Black and brown leather band, manufactured by Ritche Watch Bands that's approx 18mm when laid out.
Case is approx 1.5" in diameter.
Watch Lug width is approx 0.75"
Water resistant
This watch is in excellent condition. The wind up still works, and there are minimal scratches on the stainless steel, as shown in pictures. There is one small crack on the face.
